Electra Mobilbank is a specialized version of Electra Internetbank, customized for mobile phones. The appearance of Mobilbank differs from Internetbank, but the functions and their behavior are basically the same.
Electra MobilBank is basically made for today's smart phones, WAP browsers are not supported. However, it can be used with almost any phone that has at least CSS2, HTML4 standard supporting browser which can run JavaScript and handle cookies. To ensure safe use of the service it is strongly recommended that you use the latest versions of browsers as possible.
All authentication methods used in Netbank can be used in Mobilbank as well.

Basically, any other cross-platform browsers made for these phones are also supported by Mobilbank, which fulfill the criteria described in section 1.1. Other browsers which communication passes through a third-party proxy server are not supported for security reasons (e. g. Opera Mini).
Other browsers can be used at your own risk or after consultation with the bank. If you have one of the supported devices listed above or any other device which has a suitable browser in your opinion, but the service does not work properly, please, contact the call center of your bank for more help.
The browser settings may lead to display problems. Make sure the following options are set up correctly on your phone browser:
If you have problems with the settings of the mobile or the browser, you can contact the seller of the phone. If you miss enabling cookies or JavaScript, you will be warned about this on the login page.
The ability and speed of different phones may vary, so Mobilbank can differ slightly as well. For example, calendar is not available for all mobiles (e. g. mobiles running old version of Explorer browser).

Remarks for each browser type:
Minimal global text size can be set for some mobile in the browser settings. If it is set too large, page may not fit. To avoid this, please, change this minimal text size smaller.
Sometimes you can find WAP and internet browser in these mobiles too. In this case, please, use the internet browser. In the browser settings, you can 'zoom' the text size. You can choose the proper setting in the menu or with keyboard shortcut as well.
Please, don't use 'Fit to screen' and 'Mobile view' mode in 'Display' menu in the browser settings. Sometimes there is a minimal text size setting possibility too. If needed, please, change it smaller.
Minimal global text size can be set for some mobile in the browser settings. If it is set too large, pages may not fit. To avoid this, please, change this minimal text size smaller.
Printing, file exporting and importing are not available in Mobilbank.
Using of the browser's navigation buttons (reload, back, forward) is not recommended. Use the controls of the Mobilbank instead.
The main page of the Mobilbank is the main menu. It can be reached by clicking on the house icon in the upper left corner on each page.
The main menu is a set of icons separated into more levels, typically like mobile's own menus. Sub-menus and functions can be reached by clicking on the icons. From sub-menus you can navigate one level up with the 'Back' button placed in the header.
Every page has a header. You can navigate to the main menu by clicking on the house icon found on the left side of the page header.
On the right here can be found the 'Logout' button (a door). Always log out with the specified menu item or with the 'Logout' button! So you can prevent your private data to be accessed by unauthorized person after using Mobilbank. Closing the browser is not enough to close the session, please, do log out properly!
The name of the actual client can be found in the center of the header, below the logo of the bank. You can handle more clients of a user. If you have access to the accounts of more clients, you can switch between the clients in the menu (Settings/Select a client) or by clicking on the 'Choose client' link next to the actual client's name.
Under the actual client's name there can be found a yellow bar with the title of the page and the 'Back' button on the left. By clicking on this button you can navigate one level up in the main menu and one page back on the other pages.
By clicking on rows with arrows, details of the selected row can be seen in a new page. In some cases, on these details you can perform different operations with the selected item by clicking on the small icons/buttons (e. g. deletion, modification, view etc.). You can navigate back to the table with the 'Back' button in the header.
For common operations more table rows can be selected at the same time in certain tables. In this case you can use the checkbox on the left side of each row to select it, then common operations can be performed with these selected items. There is a counter above these tables with the number of selected rows.
Tables can fall apart into more pages depending of the number of the rows. You can navigate with the arrows found above and under each table broken into more pages. You can use the page count input at the top left corner to jump the page you want by editing this field. The number of the rows displayed on each page can be set in Settings/Screen options menu.
This function is not available for all types of browsers (e. g. for old version of Explorer). Similar to Netbank, dates can be added with a calendar by clicking on the calendar icon next to each date input field. This calendar is the same as the calendars of Netbank with the following differences:
The appearance of different mobile phones can vary, so customization of Mobilbank appearance settings (can be found in the menu (Settings/Screen options)) is recommended.
'Number of matches on one page' setting refers to the page breaking of the tables. You can set the maximum number of table rows shown on each page here.
You can set here for certain phones, if the buttons should be shown at the bottom of each page always, even if the page is larger than the screen and it is scrollable. You can set the zooming possibility of the pages as well. This may also cause that the browser will or not will zoom to the input boxes automatically if you edit them. These settings are not suitable for all browsers or have no effect.
Text size can be changed for easier reading. Please note that different phones can behave in different ways to the changing of text size. In certain mobiles smaller text size setting may not cause changes in the appearance. This is because in these browser settings you can set a minimal global text size. If you would use smaller size in Mobilbank, it has no effect. If the text sizes are too large you should change this browser setting, too.
Besides some input field can display a '?' icon. By clicking on this, you can read more information about the input field.
